Just about the time the "street truck" tires started to grow I bought some 10" wide wheels and mounted 12.00/16.5 Armstrong Tru Tracks on them for the rear of my 1969 Longhorn.
I had Goodyear 7.50-16 Hi Milers on the front, split rims. Back then even some base model i/2 tons came with the 2 piece rims.
Armstrong, Allstate, and Atlas were tires I commonly used in the pre radial olden days.
Not a good pic but, you get a peek at the rear tires here
Also a pic of a 7.00-15 LT off a 1968 K10 Stepside.
