I don't make the rules. Whenever an event is happening for the first time, the flyers, advertisements, etc will say 1st Inaugural..... The following years will then say Annual.

I recently received a message from @oldretiredafguy asking for opinion about possibly postponing the meet until later on due to the Covid ******** and current political upheaval.
