Well another post of this ruff start [when cold] for less then minute then all day runs perfect?
I did all the normal things;
new fuel pump
distributor & plugs
IAC new
EGR clean working ok
New Temp sensors [BOTH]

Today I found when I started it ran Fine for 20 seconds then RUFF--stumble almost stalled I put a timing light on it and the timing was all over the place while running ruff then BOOM it ran fine and timing stayed steady???---Where do i go now??
Am checking all connections on sensors etc??

Was going to suggest the same (ICM) since you tried all the others. temp sensor is usually the first thing I try.
I had a similar issue and thought it was ICM, but turned out to be the pickup coil. It was very intermittent.
