1992 Suburban project

I'm going to look at a 1992 suburban tomorrow, on Craigslist it says that it doesn't run and has a busted window but ran a few days ago, it appears to be pretty clean and it only has 121,000 miles on it. They are asking $1000. You all let me know what you think I should do to it. I'm assuming it this point it is a 350ci tbi and a 4 speed. I kind of thought maybe looking in to a 6.5 and nv4500 swap or maybe a big block or i might leave it how it is. I'm not limiting to mechanical, give me ideas guys! Looks like a really good deal to me. I like the color and the wide wheels too.

With relatively low miles, it should have a lot of life left in the motor. The trans... eh. An NV4500 swap behind the original 350 would be cool. Along with 4.10 gears and a 6-lug 14bolt semi floater rear.
