1988 Scottsdale 2 wheel drive ... I have 5 lug 15x8 rally wheel .. what tire looks the best

Looking for advice on what tire to purchase for my 1988 Scottsdale 2 Will Dr.... I purchased a set a rally wheels five lug 15×8 .. trying to decide what tire looks and fits the best don’t want it to look too wimpy

My 78 has factory 15x8 ralleyes with 31x10.5's. But i think my front coils are saggy. Im going to put new coils and swap the truck to 6 lug and run 16"

I have 255/70R15 BFG Radial T/A on mine. Stock height 2wd. They are 29" tall like stock 235/75R15 but are wider and look better on 8" wheels.

I have 255/70R15 BFG Radial T/A on mine. Stock height 2wd. They are 29" tall like stock 235/75R15 but are wider and look better on 8" wheels.

I run the very same combo, it looks good.

If its s GMT 400, I think a 275/60 looks a little better.

P235/75R15, which is what it came with.

I probably should have gone a little bigger when I re-did it, but didn't give it any thought. Just slammed on the same size as original.

275/60-15 looks good and are 1 inch shorter than stock height, but much wider. I was able to cram 295/50-15 on the rear with stock 8 inch rally wheels.

You caught that too.

The only way a 1988 2 door squarebody pickup could be purchased it had to be a V30 dually.
No other 2 door squarebody pickup combination from the factory.
