I've got a 1987 Chev R20 2wd with a 5.7L 350 TBI just pulled the motor and Trans because the motor blew up on me, does anybody have a diagram of the electrical on the motor and maybe a diagram of all of the fuel injection parts and where they go?

Thanks

And is it necessary to keep the air injection and anything else that isn't necessary?

Are you putting it back together? Get pictures of the wires on question. Should be easy to identify some of those by eye

If you have a catalytic converter on the truck and want it to work properly I'd strongly recommend keeping the air pump.
It won't have a catalytic converter so I could pull it out? But will the sensor give me grief?

If the question is will the engine run fine without the air pump then the answer is yes, it won't effect engine operation. From an emissions stand point, both the air pump and the catalytic converter can be installed separately and each will work to clean up the exhaust, but together they do the most work. If it was my truck I'd leave the air pump and reinstall a cat, but it's not my truck and it'll run just fine without either. Hopefully that info will help you make an informed decision.
Cat is after o2 so should be no affect. I may be wrong.
He is talking about the air pump.
