Ok, I understand this is a very general question, Just bought a V10 4x4 350 TPI. New Jegs motor, ran good first 100 miles (that I owned it, has 5000 on new motor). Just started missing the other day going down the road. then missed about 3 more times in 10 miles. To a point where the RPM's dropped, stalled once coming into a parking lot. The Service engine light DID come on each time, went off when I shut off and restarted. Leads me to believe its electrical.

Any thoughts on what to look for?

Module, or coil is where I would start, along with the wiring and connectors between. Had a loose connector in there one time, near about drove my crazy, would work fine when I was working on it, finally wiggled enough wires to find it? F&#k computers, wires and plastic....

That PCM is not capable of seeing misfires, so if the CEL blinked when it missed, then I'd look to see what code is stored in it. If there isn't one, then check your ignition triggering - Module, Pickup Coil. Code 12 is one of the few codes that can make the CEL blink momentarily.
If there's no problem there, lightly tap test the PCM when it's hot to see if it has any effect.

Flaky ignition control module and ignition coil will do it.
