Hello. I’m brand new to the forum. I have a 1986 K10 Scottsdale 4x4. 305 engine with 92,000 miles. It ran fine when I parked it under cover in 2007. Haven’t driven it since. I’m thinking of selling and do not know how much I should ask. Looking for help on an asking price. I’m the original owner. Thank you. Oldblue86

Depends on the shape it's in and if someone really wants to buy it. My 87 was listed at 25K, I offered and way overpaid at 23K. The seller would not go any lower. But I really wanted the truck- it was everything I was looking for, including the color. It has I think 160K miles, replacement older 350, leaking oil from rear main, steering box, needed a new clutch and throw out bearing and undercarriage was filthy dirty with oil and grime. 11 months later and a LOT of work and more than 10K investment it's probably worth 25K. See what other say, I shared what I paid and what I had to do to mine.

I just paid 4K for an 86 Custom Deluxe. 90k on the clock. Could be 190. Has a 305. Not sure if it's original or not. 4" lift, some rust and I had to finish getting it running when I bought it. Still need at minimum some tires and some more steering help. I thought the price was a little low. Have seen similar for 2 to 3 times that listed. Some pics may help. Have you tried to get it running? Running will definitely bring more dollars.

Howdy from Ohio!

Selling price varies widely. Getting it roadworthy again will probably increase the price too.
