1985 k10 th350 to sm465 swap

My th350 blew in my truck. Really wanted manual to start with. I have the opportunity to buy a k30 parts truck with an sm456, transfer case,& pedal assembly I’m 18 not a mechanic by no means but still do a lot of my own work to my vehicles my dad & a few buddies will help is this swap hard with all of the right stuff or will it be fairly simple with the proper tools & parts. Anything helps! Thanks.

With a full parts truck, it should be relatively straightforward.
Probably more than a weekend project but the relative similarity of most squarebody components is helpful.
