When I started working on my truck , I set the radiator out beside the garage. Well someone stole it ( a scraper I bet), now I have no idea what size radiator I need to replace it. LMC shows 2 different radiators, one is
17" x 28 1/4" x 1 1/4"
other
21" x 28 1/4" x 1 1/4"
4" is a big difference

my truck is a K10, 305, at. can someone tell me how to tell what one fits my truck! I'm thinking it has to be the bigger one.

Bolt in your upper radiator mounts and measure down to the bottom of the radiator support. If it's close to 18", you need the smaller radiator. The 17" tall radiator is the standard size and the 21" is the heavy duty one that's usually for big blocks.

I thought they got wider and thicker not taller, but I've been wrong before.
