1984 Chevy big 454 P30 Emissions Hose problem

I posted before but got caught up with fixing a lot more things and I finally got it running yesterday but I think there is a hose not connected right. I am not a spammer and I’m doing this all by myself. So I have replaced
Both exhaust manifolds
Both intake valve covers
Ignition control module
Changed the oil..not filter yet because I couldn’t get the old one off
The starter
The starter power wire
Re wired the battery…who ever wired it before did it backwards

I am currently broke down at the gas station…check the pics

I do not care about emissions test and will cap anything off that I don’t need

There are several problems. Not sure where to start. Try following the emissions decal as best you can.

Assume the open port carb front is routed to air cleaner. If left open front pull off will not work. Usually air cleaner vacuum supply is in rear but I could be wrong, follow decal. Rear pull off not supplied with vacuum either. Engine cold will start and flood with both inop.
