I love people trying to sell cars with no title, basically worthless at that point. To bad.
Washington is easy. Oklahoma is easy too. Kansas is a PITA but I've done it a few times

I did the Washington no title procedure on a motorcycle. Requires a State Patrol inspection. Vehicle needs to be complete. Only catch is if the registered owner makes a claim you have to surrender the vehicle. That's unlikely but still possible. I waited out the 3 years then restored it.

Here in Texas you can get what they call a bonded title. What it does is whatever you put into it if someone claims it later the bond assures you you are not out of your money. Like Ricko1966 mentioned there is also a waiting period I beleive of 3 years here in Texas. After the waiting period you get issued a clean blue title to your name.

in many places, that's not an issue. Here in NH, anything older than year 2000 (unless it's reported stolen obviously) you do not need a title to register as your own, only a bill of sale. Then if you want to (which I always do to cover my own ass in the future) you can apply for a new title in your name for a minor fee. If it isn't stolen, there's no issue. A LOT of states are like that. Heck even in strict-ass CT where I grew up, anything with a proper 17 digit VIN (1980+) needs a title. But older than that, as long as there is no paper trail claiming it's not legit, they have no reason not to issue you a new title for all of a $20 fee or so. Even newer stuff, all you gotta do is present the paperwork you got when you bought it (bill of sale, old reg, etc) and they'll do a title search, wich once again unless something bad happened in the past is a small fee away from having a title in your name. Learn how to trust who you buy from and you're usually fine.

You could get a Vega Panel truck too....

You must be registered for see images attach
I’ve seen a few of the Vega panels, but never one of the Nomads.

I did not know they had the Nomad or the Panel variations until now.
I like the little panel wagon too.
