Just found out my 85 long bed has non-center locating steel rims. I need four wheels and new tires.
Used steel wheels are hard to find in my area. New ones are $$$$. Is there an alternative used steel wheel that dog dish hubcaps fit?
Local junk yard has a set of 15X6 or 6.5 Rally Wheels under $100. That's a great price but I would prefer stock wheels and hubcaps.
Thanks Dan

The tapered lugs and seats do a fine job of keeping the wheels in place without being hub-centric. Especially on a half ton truck. Imho, if you like the wheels you have now, just run them.

Although I am curious how they are not hub-centric. I don't know of a non-GM 5" bolt center rim that looks like a stock rim that takes a stock cap.

Yes, long bed half ton.
In the morning I'll provide pictures of the wheel hole damage and galling as well as the galling on the tapered lug nuts.
