    6.2 diesel hp

4bt would fit better for sure. Can get amazing fuel mileage and decent HP still be around the HP of a 6.5 or better if you play with it. But I’m all for dropping a 6.2 or 6.5 In that thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    6.2 diesel hp

Girdle, headstuds, turbo setup from a 6.5 minus the turbo itself unless you’re fine with stock like power of the 6.5 turn up your fuel on the mechanical pump. Intercooler will help also.without head studs stay at 15psi or less. Edit: And you’d be lucky to achieve 200hp. Sent from my iPhone...

What have you done to your square lately??

Tackled the water pump on my 6.5 swapped square. Not sure why they decided it needed to be bolted to the backside of the timing cover [emoji2357] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What have you done to your square lately??

Pulled into the drive Saturday after riding my mountain bike and when I came back out to unload the truck I noticed a new large puddle and my driver front leaf spring was wet. Pitman arm shaft seal blew out. Made for a sketchy drive to work today with lack of hydro boost and power steering until...

You guys and your gas engines.... lol my gutless 6.5 gets 18-20 on average with my short drives back and forth to work. I rarely ever cruise on the interstate but I’d Guess it’s probably getting approx 22 on the highway Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Custom bed

I still think a service body would have been sweet and useful since I’m a mechanic. But flat beds are awesome. I like that aluminum one and wish mine was but I don’t have the patience to clean aluminum thoroughly for that much welding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Custom bed

At least it validates my idea about making a hidden plate light into a little guard for above the plate. I’ll put the plate in some rags and get out the hammer and dolly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Custom bed

Thanks for the kind words! I love my bed and it’s still a work in progress but I just used the truck today to haul about 1k-lbs of metal to the scrap yard today and it worked awesome, except the guy running the magnet dragged the metal off my bed and damaged my historical plate...

What have you done to your square lately??

My bed was so beyond saving that’s why I went flatbed, I struggle with knowing my repairs to the cab corners and rockers were just mediocre. I get mad at my self when I don’t do something just right, eventually I get frustrated and half ass it. This project has been very testing of my patience...

Took it on the farthest highway trip yet since I’ve had it back on the road. I went to the Fuel,Cleveland bike show on the east side of Cleveland. I was worried I wouldn’t have wheels when I got back to the truck [emoji23] Oh and the other night I pulled my wife’s camper up to the county...

No turn signals with running lights or headlights on

Last time I was in there I only messed with installing the wiper switch, the column is in poor shape and needs replaced. All of the contacts for the horn switch are destroyed and the turn signal switch was a little crunchy, cleaned it up and greased it again and it feels better but still a...
