How far do long tube headers hang down
These are pictures of Chevelle headers- I tried to find a picture of before I went to these, but couldn’t- I’d say a good 4” lower. And I do believe that 2wd vs 4wd are the same, I’ve never seen them advertised differently for application. Edit- this picture is 2wd with a 5”/6” lower.- ChuckN

When we lived in Oregon, everything had to go through DEQ. Up here in Whatcom County, WA you could drive a car literally out of “One Piece At A Time” from Johnny Cash and no one would say sh!t. -

Absolutely- sitting in a Les Scwaub recently with a daily driver tire repair, I can’t believe the amount of cheesy wheels in catalogs. I’d take a set of turbines over most new stuff out there any day of the week (actually they’re one of my favorites). -

Engine stumbling/stalling in drive
You have two advances- one is under the distributor cap, the rotor is screwed to it. It is spring loaded (you’ll see that if you take the rotor off) and is a centrifugal advance. The rotor should turn in your hand and stop, and when you let it go, it should spring back. The other is a vacuum...- ChuckN

Bare Hands

Took a ride over to my mom’s place to give her some help. Turns out, Flowmaster 40s and headers tune out the volume of life pretty well. I was working at the bedside in the hospital until 1am, a cruise on a dry day was a real treat. -
