    Its a driver....Gen 5 LS, with 4L60 trans.....Cut 1/2 ton frame and lengthened...seats are from 2014 Silverado. My wife helped a lot...Im very lucky..she was huge help with the wiring.

    Rebuilt TBI 350 coolant in oil

    Sounds like head gasket, or cracked head, did machine shop rebuild the heads as well???? Was the block decked? After pulling heads, make sure you have correct gaskets, there are some differences in small block gaskets, make sure all the water holes line up on both surfaces, aka heads and the block.

    Its all about you....what do you really like.....I'm a fat and skinny guy.....its just me, some like all 4 corners the same.....I do have a site I use Tiresize.com...I enjoy it, you can select 2 sizes, and they compare them for height, width, and diameter....the diameter deal really helps on...

    From the picture you send, it looks like all accessory belts come with engine, I don't think clearance will be an issue between the inner fender and the compressor on the passenger side. Find a shop that makes and install custom AC lines, they can make that hoses to match up all your lines very...

    Help with starting 79 k20 400SBC

    I have you checked to see if you have fuel in the carb...you should see fuel out of the squirter when you move the throttle....does it a mechanical pump?...engine spinning a 300-400 rpm during cranking can take a long time to deliver fuel to the bowls....

    You might even consider a fresh long block, carb intake, with a Holley or FItech throttle body EFI, they work really well ....run a little better than a carb, you might even see an increase in your MPGs

    Carb sputter uphill

    You don't say what brand of carb you have, if its a carter, or Edelbrock, you might check float bowl level, sounds like the float level is to low, and fuel in the bowl is running to rear...aka fuel starvation. Just thoughts
