    First thing...does your check engine light work? Turn the key to on, and it should illuminate. If not, thats the first thing to fix. second, the o2 sensor was located in the drivers side manifold, right before wher the intermediate(y) pipe bolts up. You NEED an 02 sensor for the EFI to work...

    Those are the LT9 3/4 ton 350 manifolds in 85/86.they are smoother and less turbulent on the inside opposed to the cast manifolds. They are still available through Dorman.

    Ummmm....I dont think the BBs were esc. I may be wrong. in 86 for Ca the only esc or CC carb engines were in the 1/2 tons. 3/4 sbc and BB wer old school, no frills.

    Any GM dealer can get it for you, if not, jegs or summit. May be a dealer in the SeaTac area too, if you dont mind a little drive.

    Thats the one, Jegs is a little cheaper. Check a local GM dealer that deals GMPP as well, Local to me in San Leandro,Ca is competitive with Jegs and Summit.

    HRPC would be the one to provide specifics, but i think all the 4l80s are the same T case pattern until 03. this trans is equal to a 400 with an overdrive.

    If those are your main concerns, then the stock replacement is for you. The 4L80 would not be too much modification, as the 91 suburbans had them as options, and you could just source 91 drivelines for your swap, and a stand alone controller is a little more money than swapping to a 91 harness...
