    A quick web search turns up pulleys for the 6.2 in at least 3 different designs, priced down to $10 + shipping. I suppose you could drill it, but the hole is what locates the pulley on the shaft, so you'd have to be pretty accurate.

    I don't know about Ace, but most would have Viton or equivalent o-rings. If your local hardware store doesn't have them, an auto parts store certainly would.
