    No IAC on a carb, that's EFI stuff. Are you sure you are getting constant 12v to the coil? Does it matter if the motor is hot or cold? How hacked up is the wiring? All sensors and stuff still in place? Emissions stuff?

    Its a Summit Max Performance 650. Basically a summit knock-off Holley 4160. The rear bowl is grey now because the original was no good (had to use a Holley replacement), but other than that its been a great carb so far.

    Why not just pull a little of the drop back out of it? Those wheels would probably fit fine at stock height. Would losing an inch of drop be all that bad for the look you want? Seems simpler than swapping axles etc etc.
