Yep, it's a boat just like I thought. Looks to be a very sturdy boat to begin with too.

    Replacing front steering components question

You could soak the center link adjuster with penetrating oil which would help. For me, just in saving time, I'd order a new adjuster and put it all together before installing it. Since your doing the TREs, I would also do the drag link from the box to the knuckle.

    What gears do I need?

Pretty much what @Vbb199 said above. I've had several types of locking devices and can't complain about any of them. Each has its own pros/cons. Currently I have a selectable locker (ARB) in my play toy and love it. I had a lock-rite in the truck before which I had no worries about the...

    What gears do I need?

Depending on what your usage for the truck is going to be, having a locking device at least in the rear if not both axles would be a great upgrade. If towing, you will want one in the rear axle.

    What gears do I need?

IIRC, the cutoff for a new carrier would be 3.73 and lower. At least for the D44.

I'd check the turn signal switch itself.

    79 OEM Tach install

I would ensure the cluster connector is wired for your model year, this way there is no confusion. Even if it means buying a new printed circuit. Tachometers are not part of the circuit for the cluster, they have a totally separate pigtail that plugs in. My guess would be the PO pinched one...

350 turbo with 203. I want to keep my 350 turbo and get a 205 behind it? Please help.

I don't remember if the tailshaft on the trans is different but it probably is because the mount is different. But you would need at a minimum the mount between trans and t/case and the t/case. I do know that a 1980 Blazer came with that combo if you ordered it with locking hubs.

    Oil Gauge Help......

There are C/K oil gauges that go 0-60, I don't recall ever seeing 0-80, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. The 0-60 gauges come in the 2 different prints so it would match your dash. The L-H gauges, IMO, are idiot gauges/lights for those that can not comprehend a number of pressure.
