Chevy Replacement Grill with 350 emblem option

Here are some "prized possession" 73-76 GMC grilles with the 350 emblem. The other is a 76 Silverado.

    New tires and painted rims!

Just bustin' your chops there gramps. The wheels look great and I'm certain when there's an opportunity then the rest of the truck will follow suit. I drove my 72 Camaro for years in primer and when asked "when are you gonna paint it" I always retorted: "when you are paying for it"! It took me...

    New tires and painted rims!

So, everyone else has the same question as me: When does the Square get the same attention as the wheels? HS

    1980 z28 rescue

I have the Hotchkis BB kit on my 72. It lowers the car an additional inch while providing the rate for the big block swap. I did the change almost 20 years ago and just over a year ago I added the bolt in frame connectors and swapped to billet body/subframe bushings. It rides like it's on rails...

Those Edelbrock foam air cleaners disintegrate upon the first backfire! I love seeing that big iron squeezed between the Fbody fenders though! Keep the pics coming. HS

What is my new squarebody??? Need help!

Looks like some real liberties have been taken with that CUCV. I've had a few & the SPID along with the additional VIN in the door jamb are convincing enough. It looks like a great truck from the pics. HS

    Installing windshield in a Squarebody

I just pulled a windshield from an '80 and put into my '82 last Fall. I cleaned the existing gasket and made sure all the old bedding compound was removed from the cab and then done the "rope trick". Had it installed in just a few minutes although it took longer to put in the lock ring. I've...

305 SBC vs 6.2 Detroit: Which would you rather?

Give me the Detroit with an SM465 all day long! Real trucks have a clutch pedal and no spark plugs… (here comes the hate messages)! Strickland

    NP208 stuck between gears/nuetral

Seems like the NP208 & NP241 have a snap ring on the tailshaft that will pop out of it's groove & this allows the entire cluster shaft to move back & forth in the case. You may check that. HS

What have you done to your square lately??

You may be able to get it. 2023 was not a great year for my health…unless your an optimist (like me) and say that I’m fortunate to still be alive. I have two of those 74 Z cars; the one in the pic is a low mileage, all original and intact that was parked in 86. The other is a gutted and caged...

What have you done to your square lately??

That is ARC3 welding supply. They have large cryo tanks and all kinds of stuff there. They do the food grade gas that is used in the hospitals and institutional stuff as well. I couldn’t see the lights until we had the timber cut a few years back. HS

What have you done to your square lately??

I was standing in the very back of my shop. I have a bright LED wallpack and it does a great job lighting up the area around back. HS

What have you done to your square lately??

Which one? The brown and tan is the 79 that my dad bought new; the other silver and red is one that I just got. They are both 350, 4speed manual trucks. Dad’s truck is 20 and the other is a 30 Dually. Strickland

I moved stuff around behind the shop. 4 trucks with manuals...I'm so very thankful to be able to drive & move them given my recent health issues!

    New build advice

If you fix it & do it right then you'll have no issues selling it later on. There's much discussion about what makes & takes value from these Squares...I say build what you want. I've seen folks use 73-80 clips on 81-up & my generation always used the 81-up on the 73-80. Post some pics of...
