    Manual 4l80e

I have my truck pretty clean rn so if i go that route I'd make it look as factory as I can, probably make a floor shifter that electrically controlled the trans, and possibly use a microprocessor with pwm outputs to control line pressure in the future

    Manual 4l80e

I've been hunting around craigslist etc for a 700r4 to swap out my th350 with, but just keep finding 4l80es. I don't want a tcu so I'm going pre 92. But I've found these videos where guys seem to just hook some switches directly to the trans shift solenoids and just shift it manually like that...

    Edelbrock float height

Was going through my carb today and noticed my floats hang at different heights, yet they sit the same 7/16 when their depressed, just wondering if I need to care, or if this may hurt economy, the other pic is just what my carb has in it, feel free to comment if any of it makes sence to you, thanks

    Head gasket but strange?

Id do an oil change, coolant flush, and clean everything you can reach before you go off messing with additives, make sure you have a problem first. I might even pull the pan after you drain it to see if there's any foam in there

    Stepside fuel fillers

Not sure if you've solved the problem yet, but id rob some fleetside ones from a yard, and use the peices of rubber with metal tubing to make fillers, parts stores may have universal ones too, but their real stiff. il see them occasionally, goodluck

    Mounting to interior sheet metal

Im looking to mount some grab handles and a fire extinguisher in my interior. Was wondering how sturdy the interior sheet metal is to mount too with just some beefy screws. Here are some pics, if anyone has mounted to interior sheet metal and knows good structural points, much appreciated

Used some insulation from bonded logic made from recycled jeans, SUPER CHEAP, that plus a redone bench seat and some molded carpet from the internet makes the interior very nice. I wire wheeled down all the surface rust of the floor and coated the whole deal in por 15 before anything else...
