    NO! Absolutely NOT! CANT HAPPEN! ZIP, ZERO, NADA! A rocker arm wont effect oil pressure.

    Put one ton of payload in the bed and measure the amount of spring drop. You can do the drop with a cnotch then add helper bags if you bottom out. Lots of dropped and bagged duallys tow and haul.

    Do you have shock extenders or drop shocks? Removing 3 leafs will not raise the truck the thickness of the 3 leafs, it will only lower the truck equal to the amount of spring resistance within the removed leafs.     You better get all six. Different heights on dual tires even if its minimal will chew up the shorter tire and prematurely wear out the taller tire. 24 years in trucking has tought me that.
