    Think i found the issue.... printed circuit is F'd. The ground was broke off in the grey clip that goes to the speedo. Pulled the grey clip off and the 12v and signal dont look much better.     Yes. 94 is the VSSB using 2 banks of jumpers. I havent been able to find any data tho that they transmit different pulses to the speedo. The VSSB extra bank is for transmission control. Ive read a vssb can replace a drac but a drac cant replace a vssb bc of the needed jumpers for the 4l60e. So...

    Dropped the pan today. Seems solenoid a was clogged by its own screen. Replaced the solenoid and everythings working properly now. That explains why i heard the vavle clicking still. Its amazing that these PCMs can realize and issue and maintain functions around it. But 1 other problem still...

    Ok so i have a 1994 4L60e in my truck. It isnt shifting up out of 1st. Speedo reads zero so i may assume its the VSS sensor on the transfer case.....but the ALDL data shows a proper speed when i start moving. so anyone here have a thought? I posted this also on GMT400.com

    using a relay to switch ground?

    If you look up Mark 8 fan conversions they talk about using a fan relay from a volvo mid 1990s. They are high amp relays that work great for this setup. Power in, fan low, fan high, ground form temp 1, ground form temp 2. -Shawn 1985 Chevy k10 w/ 92 TBI, 94 4l60e, 91 NP208

    So im re-assemblying my truck. Cab is on, engine is in, radiator clip is on. I bolt on the doors, align them with the cab. Bolt on the fenders and align then with the doors the best i can......doors wont open without hitting the fenders. Push the fenders as far forward as i can. Doesnt help...
