    I would just cut out your existing cluster to fit the tach And re pin the wires or make some that go to the fuel gauge That tach is from a diesel if it’s a 4000 That were usually driven from the alternator ?

    That works if it’s the same engine If you’re building an engine or swapping in a new dizzy When you add TBI to a carbed engine I couldn’t get it right Cutting out a circular window in the top of an old cap leaving the spark plug wire terminals made it really easy

    Some had vacuuum gauges and some had a air pressure gauge for the brakes The printed circuit changed a lot over the years You just have to follow the circuit and see where it goes You can make a tool to pull the wires out of the main plug and move them

    Sounds like the pins that locate the sprigs to the axle are worn Or more likely the holes in the flat mounting pads on the axle are egged out and or the flat mounting pads are not quite flat anymore My bronco had this same condition happen
