Figured out which mirrors I want. Anyone have them?

@78C10BigTen I don't think you want these. The Square mirrors are 2 different sizes and the mounting brackets are also different. Here's a couple of pictures let me know!

Looking at 92 Yukon for my son

Here's my 94 2500, 205k on it everything works except the A/C. And it needs a complete detailing. It gets used less than 1,000 miles a year. Fixing to put it on the market.

What have you done to your square lately??

If your rebuilding the motor your going to take it off anyway. either way you'll have to get under there and disconnect the wiring and lower bell housing covers, exhaust flanges, clutch linkage etc,. Take pictures and or tag everything so you know were everything goes. Unless your doing a one...

What have you done to your square lately??

I would try and get all the bolts off the bell housing first and pull it that way. But the other option is removing the four bolts on the trans. You have removed enough stuff in front of the engine that you should be able to move it forward enough without lifting it to high to clear the input...

What have you done to your square lately??

@AyWoSch Motors As you can see the transmission is still in it, but we had removed a lot of stuff to get to this point. This is right at the start of my re-build this truck has a sm465/205. The other post I was talking about with the big block removed from a th350 the top bolts were removed...

What have you done to your square lately??

Just remove the four bolts that attach the sm465 to the bellhousing, the clutch linkage and other obvious stuff. You will have plenty of room to pull it. Don't forget to support the Trans with a jack or jack stands.

    Engine mounts and A/C

Mine is a 73 K10 4wd, using dirty dingo engine mounts! Not enough clearance to mount the OEM bracket let alone the compressor. second picture is the holley high mount. This is a 2004 LM7 5.3 I would contact dirty dingo and see if they solved the issue!

I have friends in Nevada City, they're safe too so that is good news! Over the past years I have grown to hate this time of year. I live 16 miles outside of Redding head east towards Burney. And we have had to evac several times. So far so good and fingers crossed for everyone!!
