    If this is the 12 bolt from your other thread start at a .030 shim. According to Yukon instructions that's the nominal size. I've only set up 4 gearsets but might be able to help

    This 100%. Vacuum controlled ones are factory on the OBS SUV's. Correct 5/8 and 3/4 hose size too

    Heres the paperwork that came from Blueprint. Same as what AFR recommended to start with. Dont have that paperwork anymore since its been 13 years ago

    NGK numbering is backwards. 5 heat range is around stock. 6 is one step colder since its a 383 with 10.7 to 1 compression according to him. I run the 6 in both my Tahoe with the AFR eliminators and the Blueprint crate in the C10. Also if you add a -11 to the end of the part # it gets you a .045...

    Once the needle bearing style wear out it ruins the input shaft. Yours looks like it's been cleaned up to hide the damage. I wouldn't use anything but a bronze bushing when you get it fixed.

    I used the Duplicolor silver on mine this last time. A little glossy but the color is right. The VHT stuff was the best but they quit making the GM color and the Ford has way too much flake in it now.

    Rear Leaf Springs

    Mine has is lowered with shackles and hangers and has 6 leaves (56" springs) with the overload pulled. Once I put the rear shock mount extensions on it rides great. I would put it all together first though and see where you wind up height wise and adjust from there.

    Since you got a new one I would try to work it loose with a pipe wrench. If that didn't work a sawzall or cutoff wheel and put a slice in it just enough where it'll collapse a little, should pop out then.

    If not a junkyard then Summit, Amazon, Jegs sell the pigtails that splice in separately. Could probably rob just the plastic connector off of one instead of cutting wires.

    Junkyards vehicles around here are in a grown up fields and mudholes sitting on the ground with no wheels. One even has a couple guard donkeys lol. Not worth the hassle anymore.
