The small tag is of course, the original ratio installed. That axle would have been paired up with the NP203 full time transfer case because it has no unlocking hubs. Tachometer replacement thoughts
Those old clocks are very fixable if you want to take the time to fix it. Typical clock movement with a spring. When the spring winds down, the contacts touch and give it another shot. Many times all you need to do is take your point file and clean off the contacts.- Turbo4whl

@JamesSam Your TBI will work in a "limp home" if needed without the return line. The early TBI did not run as much fuel pressure as newer units. Yes that is a proportioning for the rear brakes. When the truck is empty (lighter and higher) it limits the brake fluid to the rear. When the truck is loaded, the truck lowers in the rear, then you get maximum braking. This is to keep the rear brakes from locking up when the truck is empty... -

That third fuel hose is just a vent, not a fuel return. For years pumps had two lines, fuel in, pressure out. The back side of the pump diaphragm was vented with a small hole in the case.
