It was like 11 hours and the third post (including the original) from the OP. For a new guy to the forum, and likely new to converting brake system styles, not that big a deal. When I was new to brake systems, I didn't know that manual brake rods were almost always in a different spot.
The frustration is I told him what the problem was, then he tells me he looked at compared 2 pedals that neither one was what he has it's only 5/8ths different and that wouldn't cause a problem it would work better. I told him if he didn't believe me make a bracket,no permanent change, just to verify, explained to him how the geometry changes and works. Then he wants to make a longer pushrod to get more travel, had to explain, that doesn't give more travel and creates more problems. He emphazized, the ONLY part he reused is the brake pedal, because his car is a stick. Doesn't matter if it's auto, stick, rocket powered the pedal geometry still has to be right. It just seems like he wants to arque, and create short cuts for problems he doesn't understand. I wish I had made the suggestion once and walked away, instead of beating my head against the wall trying to let him know repeatedly what has to happen to make it work.

!!!PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

I moved the booster arm down as recommended by Ricko1966 in the prior posts and my pedal is now good. There was another whole that was covered by the brake ight switch striker plate. It was about an inch below the manual brake booster connection. This made the difference.

This was my problem the whole time and I was lost because I carefully acquired every piece of the system but did not change my pedals because my truck is a stick and I needed the clutch and never knew that the power brake pedal was different than the manual brake pedal.

Thanks to Ricko1966 (and others) for helping me with problem.

Kudos to Ricko1966 for his detailed and patient suggestions and to the OP for his perseverance and eventual willingness to follow good reason.
They weren't patient,I was getting frustrated and was kind of a D ick. Now we need to get @justinbrugg to read this he was having a similiar problem,we had a similiar discussion, but I don't think he ever believed me.

Good idea on the writeup.

I've learned to not doubt @Ricko1966 when he offers a fix. Better try it and report back haha.
