I just replaced the valve and switch for my 86 k10. Both tanks new and new sending units. All is now working perfect.

The problem - after replacing the valve I have a slight hesitation at 1600 rpm that wasn’t there before. I have a new fuel filter in place.

Any help would be appreciated.

I did the same thing as you, replaced 1 tank the sending unit, valve and switch. Now usually around 35 to 40 mph once the truck is warmed up, I get a hesitation. I was figuring it was the accelerator pump in the Quadrajet, but being you describe the same symptoms, I don't know.

I did on mine because the nipples on the new reproduction valve are smaller than an oem.
