If the OP comes back, fitment basically has zero to do with rim diameter and everything to do with backspacing, and tire size and to a lesser extent rim width (in combination with bs/ offset.
As the OP was more fixated on the brand and diameter, the 2 least important parts of the fitment equation, spending some time understanding offset and tire size is needed.
Not too tough if you draw a picture of the backspacings and write down the desired tire sizes in common measurements.
Then just go measure what’s on it and add/subtract from those dimensions to check clearance of your theoretical new sizes and offsets.
And just to give the boomers something to comment on, 20s on a C10 look pimp! And I don’t gaf if someone doesn’t like them. Pretty sure I could pick apart some of your choices in vehicular attire….lol.

I need advice on what size wheels I can fit on my 1981 c10 fleet size stock suspension height

I want to put 22” Forgiatos
How wide can the front and rear be without modifications?

What backspacing ?

Any help will be appreciated thanks
I’d honestly figure it out for yourself. Pretty expensive mistake if you buy on someone’s online recommendation and they don’t math well either.

When you are shied off from people you don't know having different opinions you are may be a bit thin skinned? I would take it as an opportunity to think about if what I want to do is that great.
I don't totally disagree with you, but he asked a specific sizing question for what he wants to do looking for help. He didn't say "hey I wanna run these wheels, what do you think?" If that was the post then yes he should expect differing opinions an comments an not take them personally. That type of post, where some one asks "what do you think about xxxxx" is where the first three posts in this tread belong. Not in a post where someone is looking for technical help.

I agree that there was not much help in the first posts. I think it is ok to express an opinion in questions for technical help.

Late to the party, but you can make your own checking tool, cut a plywood circle mount it on the hub use blocks front side and back side for width and backspacing, turn the plywood circle through complete revolutions to make sure the blocks don't hit anything. Honestly they wouldn't even have to be round, squares ,octagon whatever as long as the outer edges are where the outer edge of the rim would be. Instead of 24" diameter 24" corner to corner.

I made my own backspace measuring tool out of aluminum angle and flat stock. Go to YouTube and check out the different tools being used. That'll show you how to make your own for a few bucks.
