Replacing the radiator support in my 84 and redoing the front grill, headlights, etc. LMC offers a “Standard” and a “premium” option. Premium is listed as 18 gauge. Does anyone have any experience with one vs the other and or a recommendation if the 200 dollars extra “premium” version is really worth it as far as benefit/quality/etc?

Idk what LMC is marketing as "standard" or "premium" but I can tell ya ours are the best on the market. Compared to the "crash parts" versions that were all you could get for many years, these are something like 30lbs heavier. We put alot of work into getting them right. They're very nice pieces

I have that AMD single headlight one, very happy with it (other than the small dent it was delivered with that I didn't notice for a while).
