Wish I could find 2 trucks the one my uncle gave me that i like an idiot traded in. And the 1 my dad gave to my step brother that he gave to his grandpa. but dont know either vin #'s

The GM heritage center? Maybe thats what this guy was referring to.

No - the Heritage Center would not have owner information (unless the original owner appears on the original invoice).
