Thank you all for the replies. I think I will start a build thread over in that section. It is a very budget build, but I already have a new motor and tranny to put in it. Hopefully that will happen within the next month. It will be a slow process, but a fun one.

Have you heard something? I found an 81 grill in one of my catalogs, Classic Parts, I believe I'm going to get. My 84 grille is only held on with the 2 screws on top and a lot of metal duct tape

Have you heard something? I found an 81 grill in one of my catalogs, Classic Parts, I believe I'm going to get. My 84 grille is only held on with the 2 screws on top and a lot of metal duct tape
I finally got approval to hunt one down for development after bugging them for YEARS to make at least the 83/84 GMC grille. We're gonna do the '83/84 and the '85-88 dual headlight grilles first and then go from there
