Sport Mirror Location Does anyone have a template or measurements for locating sport mirrors on 78 k-10 stepside I also can't figure out the backing configuration either. Any pics would be awesome as well. Thanks

Here is what I came up with when going through this. In the end, I sat in the truck with a helper outside and figured out where they would be the most useful to me. Spoiler alert: they are fairly useless for seeing stuff but they definitely look cooler.

Here are some pics of them in person, these are original equipment for this truck. Sorry I can’t get exact measurements, I’m 100 miles away from it. And I’ll agree with the above, they are useless for actually doing mirror stuff.

Yeah they look great! I have them as well but thinking to replace, impossible for backing in , especially with a trailer.

I went with sport mirrors on my Blazer, cooler looking, but definitely not too functional....I found those same drawings, and they are spot-on. Make sure to use the support plates inside the door!!
