Search came up with some results. If using the tejas motor mounts and xmember, supposedly you can fit ls/6l80(90) with out rasing/cutting the floor. But I have yet to see some pictures.
Anyone that has some pics, please post them.

It does not fit with the 73-80 floor I can attest to that, mine is behind a LT motor with tejas mounts and so far added a 2wd high hump, not enough, will need to most likely use the 4x4 high hump to get past the seat. I am still working on a solution.

not enough room under 2wd high hump, and no clearance for the driveshaft

Is this going in the '86 that's in your profile? If so, I work at AMD and we have a "high hump" tunnel cover coming out in the next few months (not sure what your timeline is). I've got the prototype in my '85 for a T56 and it should fit a 6L90 just fine. There's boatloads of room with this hump

Here's what the '84-up 2wd floorpan looks like with the low hump...

My '85 with the T56 coming through the floor. We made sure to make the hump large enough on all sides to give options to mount, I used nutserts in the floor with bolts. It also goes far enough back that it's actually under the seat a touch, so it comes up on that rear hump (that's there for the Tcase in 4wd trucks). Should be perfect for that 6L90
