Buy the manual and see how the fuel lines are supposed to be. Rock auto sells a solid one. I have it for mine. Good reference tool.

Update: I machined a little tube to bypass the fuel tank selector. I think the driver (default) is nearly empty so I think it's draining...

You can always diagnose the fuel pump output vs any blockage from the tank by connecting the pump inlet to a hose in a gas can and see...
