I dont understand why you want to overcool your trans and your oil, but the oil cooler idea is less confusing because that wont struggle to be up to temp as much as the trans would
Both the oil and trans coolers have built in thermostats to regulate oil flow through the cooler based on engine temperature, ensuring optimal cooling only when needed.

While that’s good , I would be weary of the quality unless you’re ensuring a high quality manufacturer when you sourced them. I haven’t heard of them so I trust your judgement if you did. Then yes that is sufficient

2) 871 casting heads ..

Now that these are nailed down comes the fun part of the monster motor build ..
(Buying the parts) .. Eek !
Painting the valley is a good way to encourage good oil return. Certainly not a necessary thing but just mentioning
