I picked up an 88 R30 on Friday. I've been going through some things fixing sins of the previous owners.
I have found that there is zero power going to the HVAC control unit.

I have power to the red wire at the resistor under the hood and no blown fuses.
I searched, read several threads but none pointed me in a direction that helped. Please keep in mind I am a paint and body guy, wiring is not my fortay. Any help is appreciated

Typically the brown wire is what powers the selector switch from the fuse box. If you can’t trace that wire down just run a wire from an ignition hot with an in-line fuse.
