windshield washer nozzle question.

So im not sure if 78 had washer nozzles or not but im interested to see if anyone on here knows. Heres what i have, anybody with a 78 or near post up a few pics so i know what im suppose to have please and thanks

Ok because my sprayers dont spray but i didnt know if they had fancy black plastic ends like newer vehicles. I wasnt sure if somebody just chopped them off or.... lol

All that needs to be done is to stick a very thin piece of wire in each tip of the nozzles (there are 2 per nozzle). Do this a few times and they will dislodge any clogs. Activate the sprayers to clear them out. It may tale a few times, but it usually works.

Thanks for the advise, i think the sprayer motor is bad because i cant even hear it so. Totally unrelated but i have a fuse like on the fire wall behind the booster tank attatched to a ground block, would you happen to know what its for?

Use a needle nose vise grip to lock on to a strand of your wire brush. Bend it back a few times it will break off.

Like i said i think the motors bad bc i push the button but no noise. Unrelated but can anybody tell me what this link is for and what size fuse should be in it....

I wonder if its for the trailer brake box. But were trailer brakes factory?

Take the fuse out and see if the lights on the box come on, if it has light that is.

Then start small so it blows quick if goes to something not happy.

Although now im thinkin bout it original owner had a lighted cap on it, maybe its part of that, when i changed the tank right near they had a wire tagged off a power wire im assuming to the tail light and goin up through the drain hole in the box

I use a hypodermic needle and syringe to back flush the nozzle with water when it's got an impaction. Very common on older vehicles. If you have a spouse or relative who's a nurse, that's how I got one, and I just reuse it and make sure not to stick myself.
