Window rehab

Have my doors apart to rebuild vent Windows and put new channels and felts in. Also changed the motor and regulator. Question is putting back together should I put the vent window in first or the glass and regulator? Thanks in advance Guys.

Do have any pics of the install? I need to do the same exact thing to my 84. All the weatherstripping needs to be replaced in mine.

Anybody recommend glue for the weather strip

Most of it does not need adhesive to hold, but general weather strip adhesive works. All the parts stores usually carry it. I have installed window channel felt, and doot seal without any adhesive. I did use adhesive on the tailgate seal.
