I know what you're talking about now :rolleyes: Then my suggestion to the OP is attach that stainless trim to that black steel piece then attach it to the body. The stainless piece should just pinch on to the steel piece. Shouldn't be rocket science with no need for a special tool.
Well, take one apart and say that. Not sure there is a specific tool. If I was making one it would be a two sided item with something similar to a plastic bucket opener only smaller on one end. On the other end something like that zip tool used for vinyl siding. patent pending..
