Hi guys, i’m new to group. I have a 90 2wd 2500 suburban. I got it just to put a big stereo system in it, so it’s not a daily driver. Stock height, if that changes it will be lowered, maybe not.
I want to put some 24” or 26” wheels with low profile tires on it. Anybody else ever done that here? Or what’s the biggest y’all have done? What can I do with no mods? What do y’all think the biggest I could go without problems?
Any relevant feedback appreciated, as I know some guys won’t like what i’m doing.
Thanks guys!
It’s getting painted right now, so I’ll post some pics soon.

26" wheel with 2.5" sidewall is stock size essentially. 33" overall should even fit a 2500. Now, lowering with those wheels would be a problem

Welcome.

For the wheel size I think the vehicle will burst into flames with anything over a 16.5" wheel.

On a serious note for a wheel that size would have to be narrow as hell I would imagine.
