New OEM is probably only going to be found on EBay or at a swap meet and probably going to carry a hefty price tag for NOS stuff ( New Old Stock).
Used is a good way to go - you can probably find members here selling clusters and parts.
Or, for New aftermarket places such as LMC (Long Motor Company) are an option.
