Here's the OEM system on my K30 when I got it. Sorry no spare, one of the PO's removed it when the aftermarket receiver was installed. The tailpipes may have a little different placement due to 30 Series trucks having their shocks reversed.

For the trucks usually on the left side, behind the tire.
Basically a 90* bend to the left. My 350 had 2 pipes side by side.

I still have my spare tire under the bed but my exhaust now goes straight back on each side of the tire. Do you want to see the position of the tire?

Here is a pic of my dad's truck. Has the stock spare under the bed. Has dual exhaust which exits both sides behind the tire.

Yes, they cut the exhaust but the tire position is correct.

Are you looking for oem routing and mounting points or are you just looking to see options of how exhaust can exit with the spare mounted under the bed?

Mine go over the axle and start aiming for the corner of the truck when they're passing the spare.
