My first 4x4 would have this problem with the rallies sticking to the axle.

What I did was get 6 grade 8 bolts in the same pitch as the center cap bolts that are slightly longer since the threads go all the way through the wheel, I'd start tightening them up gently until they bottomed out and then go around gently putting more pressure on the bolts with a long ratchet and the wheels would pop right off. Never had a bent wheel either since I went slow on each of the bolts like i was tightening the lug nuts in a criss-cross pattern. Worked every time.

No BS. I quit on it for a couple days. Gonna unload a can of pb blaster in there and give it some more beatings. The center cap bolts that hold the round cover that encompasses the lug nuts?

Ya, they are drilled all the way through the wheel.
If you run bolts in there, you are pushing off of the hub, from the inside.

It'll work in a jif!

Screwing longer bolts in the hub cover holes popped it off but stripped one of the holes. I dont even care at this point. Images should be attached. Found this little guy just hangin out at the bottom of the assembly. Along with one of the shoe keepers bent 45°. I am missing the clip that holds the parking brake or ebrake lever through the shoe. Not sure what the part name is
Thanks for all the help i am working on scrubin all the rust off.

Glad you got it off. I wouldn't worry alot about the stripped center cap hole. Tap it a hair bigger or just run 2 bolts with a dab of LoK Tight hand tool blue. Don't use the red **** though.
