Yea, it's the desirable unit since it's the standalone unit from a diesel. Those were somewhere around the '93 year it seems like.

But as others have said, it's hard to give it a value without knowing whether it works or not.

IIRC, it's 91-94 Diesels Only. He has never said if he wiring harness is included either unless I missed it.

I'd say 50 bucks. It probably works fine, ecms rarely fail (most that get replaced are actually fine, just a mis-diagnosis) and even if it is bad, it's worth a core on a reman unit.

My dad said the same thing, in his life time of being a mechanic he has seen two that actually needed replaced and one was in a vehicle struck by lightening. Mis-diagnosis has to be the only reason there is a market for them, when all else fails its gotta be a bad computer right?

I have 2 of them here complete with wireing harnesses out of 93 6.2 diesel bus and a 93 6.5 diesel van. was hoping to put one in my military M1028a2 someday and modify other to put in my 89 v3500 crew cab. kind of rare to find laying around
