Unfortunately I have seen many of these trucks that were lifted to the moon so that they would clear massive meats without gnawing into the sheet-metal. It is not surprising to see the front shaft missing due to the extreme angle on the double cardan joint.
The ride looks and sounds great but I'll have to agree that those 'lil 10 bolt Corporate axles will meet a cruel demise with any use/abuse/punishment that they're subjected to. I'd rather have the reliable D60F/14FFR and some creative fender trimming.
