What size inverter?

Looking at power inverters. Mostly wanting one to be able to charge power tool batteries while away from home. About what size inverter would I need to run the chargers? I’d be charging 20, 24 and 40 volt batteries if that makes any difference.

take all the chargers you want to run and add up the wattage written on charger or power brick. If they don't have wattage listed, Multiply 120 volts by the amperage to get the wattage for each.

After that, take your total and get one that is at least 10-20% higher than that.

Also, you can go smaller, just don't charge them all at the same time.
