What rear end is this?

Many years ago I replaced the rear end under my 1987 K5 with a used unit, but I'm not sure what it is or what it's from. Can anyone point me give me some insight?

Ditto... The diff cover will tell us more than those numbers right away. More than likely if it has 12 bolts its a 12 bolt, if it has 10 it's a 10 bolt, if that helps make it easier.

Pics of the diff cover, wheel end, and any other brackets will be far more useful in identification. Also if you scrape the junk off the top of the passenger side axle tube, there should be a stamped number there that would give you original application and gear ratio.

It's a 1/2 ton 12-bolt axle.
